We are experiencing issues collecting data from Asda ADR, which will delay updates to your service. The issue is with the retailer's system and is stopping us from collecting the data we need to update your SKUtrak service. With our last successful collection being 08/02/2026, no new data has been collected. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update once we are able to collect the data sets we need.

We have processed the files provided by Co-op for 19/01/2026; however, we have identified missing store stock and store inbound for 17/01/2026 - we are investigating the cause and will provide an update as the incident develops
