We experienced an issue with Tesco resulting in data not being collected for recent days. The team are currently working on processing data to ensure it is up to date.

Tesco availability (on-shelf availability / CSL) and the Lost Sales figures derived from it have not been updated in SKUtrak since 25 June 2026. Sales, stock, and waste for Tesco are unaffected and continue to be updated as normal.

We have identified the cause: the collection of Tesco's availability data into SKUtrak stopped on 25 June. The data itself is present and correct at Tesco's end — the issue lies on our side in how it's being collected.

We are continuing work to restore that collection. I don't have a firm timeframe just yet, but we are progressing this as a priority, and will update this page as soon as we have more.

We met with Asda on Thursday, 16th April, to review the technical steps to formalise SKUtrak's ADR connector.

While there is still technical work to review, our immediate priority is pushing Asda to reactivate all remaining accounts.

We have already provided them with the list of affected accounts and are working to expedite these reconnections while a stable and long-term solution is developed in parallel that supports the SKUtrak community.
