The data for 23, 24 and 25 October has now been recovered and is available on SKUtrak, so the recent days have largely caught up.

One day, 22 October, remains outstanding. Tesco did not generate their report for that day at source, so there is nothing for us to collect for it yet. We have raised this with Tesco and will load the data as soon as they make it available.

As a reminder, affected days are corrected retrospectively once collected, so 22 October will backfill automatically once Tesco provide it. We will post further updates here as that resolves.

We have been advised by Co-op that a number of their store sales files were not received overnight. As a result, the most recent day’s Co-op data (25 October) is showing lower than usual on SKUtrak.

Co-op are investigating the cause and assessing recovery, and expect to regenerate the missing files. We will bring the corrected data onto the platform once it has been received.

What this means for you: Co-op figures for 25 October are currently understated, and any metrics calculated from them (for example sales, availability and week-on-week comparisons) may be affected until the data is complete.

We met with Asda on Thursday, 16th April, to review the technical steps to formalise SKUtrak's ADR connector.

While there is still technical work to review, our immediate priority is pushing Asda to reactivate all remaining accounts.

We have already provided them with the list of affected accounts and are working to expedite these reconnections while a stable and long-term solution is developed in parallel that supports the SKUtrak community.
