Data for Monday, 6 July, has now been collected and is available in SKUtrak. This means all days up to and including Monday, 6 July, are fully populated, and our checks show sales for the recovered days are in line with normal week-on-week trading, with no data quality concerns.

However, data for Tuesday, 7 July, has not yet come through, consistent with the delayed file availability we have seen on recent days. We will collect this data as soon as it is made available by Tesco, and will continue to monitor daily until the normal collection schedule resumes.

We've identified that Tesco availability data (and the related Lost Sales figures) have not been updated in SKUtrak for the most recent period. Your Tesco sales, stock and waste data are unaffected and continue to update as normal.

We've confirmed the underlying availability data is being supplied correctly by Tesco, so nothing is missing at source. Our engineering team is now investigating to identify the cause. Once resolved, we'll reprocess the affected period to restore the availability figures.

We'll post further updates here as we make progress.

We have identified that Co-op is experiencing a delay in the generation of its data. We have contacted them for a resolution and will receive a notification once the data has been produced. We'll let you know once processing has started.

We met with Asda on Thursday, 16th April, to review the technical steps to formalise SKUtrak's ADR connector.

While there is still technical work to review, our immediate priority is pushing Asda to reactivate all remaining accounts.

We have already provided them with the list of affected accounts and are working to expedite these reconnections while a stable and long-term solution is developed in parallel that supports the SKUtrak community.
