We are aware of data access issues with Asda's ADR reporting system - SKUtrak is unable to retrieve data from ADR at the present time. We have been requesting dialogue with Asda since the issue started earlier in the week. We are seeking feedback on the nature of the issue(s) and are escalating across multiple teams there to find an effective and expedient solution. This is a top priority for SKUtrak and Crisp senior management and we will provide you with updates as soon as we receive relevant information from Asda.
