Partial Service Restoration
We are working directly with Asda to resolve the ADR reporting interruption and have successfully eliminated the technical hurdles.
Progress: Asda has now reinstated ADR access for a small number of Supplier Portal accounts. Those restored have been notified, and their service is fully operational.
Next Steps: We continue to work with Asda to agree on the return of service for all remaining accounts.
Enhanced Reporting: We are resuming our planned upgrades and expect to introduce additional metrics for all users by the end of March.
Restoring access for all remaining accounts remains our top priority, and we will provide further updates as they are brought back online.
