Tesco data up to and including Thursday, 2nd July, has been collected and applied to your SKUtrak service and is updating as expected.

Data for the weekend (Friday 3 – Sunday 5 July) has not yet come through. We can see that Friday's files are currently showing as empty within the Tesco portal, so there is no data available for us to collect for that day at present. We will monitor today's collection, as these files may be populated and updated by Tesco in time for today's run. We'll confirm here once the weekend data has fully applied.

We have identified that Sainsbury's experienced a delay in generating their data for Saturday, 4th. We will monitor today's collection as the files may be delivered, and we will reach out to them directly if they are still missing. We'll let you know once processing has started.

We met with Asda on Thursday, 16th April, to review the technical steps to formalise SKUtrak's ADR connector.

While there is still technical work to review, our immediate priority is pushing Asda to reactivate all remaining accounts.

We have already provided them with the list of affected accounts and are working to expedite these reconnections while a stable and long-term solution is developed in parallel that supports the SKUtrak community.
