This incident is now resolved. Tesco data in SKUtrak is fully up to date and reporting normally, with all previously delayed days now collected and applied.

We've checked the recovered data against the source and confirmed it's accurate and in line with normal trading. No further action is needed on your side.

We experienced an issue with Tesco resulting in data not being collected for recent days. The team are currently working on processing data to ensure it is up to date.

We've encountered another issue at the Tesco data portal. Following earlier recovery, the Tesco Partner Toolkit has now withdrawn its available data, which is preventing us from collecting recent days.

Current status:
Tesco data in SKUtrak is fully up to date and accurate as of Thursday, 16 July 2026, with no data quality concerns in the figures you currently see.

What's happened:
Data for Friday, 17 July onwards, is not currently available. The Tesco data portal has removed its available data — it now only provides data back to 12 July 2026. This is the same source-side issue we experienced earlier in this incident. We are unable to collect data whilst it is absent at source.

What we're doing:
We are monitoring the Tesco portal closely and will collect the affected days as soon as they become available again.

If you have a direct relationship with Tesco, you may also wish to flag this data availability issue with your contact, as this can help expedite a resolution at their end.

Significant progress — the outstanding data has been successfully collected and applied to your SKUtrak service.

Current status:
Tesco data in SKUtrak is now fully up to date as of Wednesday, 15 July 2026, and all available days are reporting normally with no data quality concerns.

What's been recovered:
Tuesday, 14 July and Wednesday, 15 July, have now been fully collected and applied, with figures in line with normal trading patterns.

Today's data:

We will continue to monitor and will confirm here once the data has been fully applied.

Following our earlier update, we have made significant progress. Data collection from Tesco has now resumed successfully, and the outstanding weekend and early-week data have been collected.

Today's data:
We attempted to collect data for Tuesday, 14 July, but were unsuccessful. We are continuing to investigate this.

We will continue to monitor and will update this page as the incident develops.

Tesco data in SKUtrak is currently up to date to 11th July 2026, and all available days are reporting normally with no data quality concerns.

Data from 12th July onwards is not currently showing. This is due to an ongoing issue at source: the Tesco data portal has removed its available data going back to 7th July, meaning recent days are no longer available for us to collect. We are unable to collect this data while it is absent at source — we are monitoring the portal closely and will collect the affected days as soon as they become available again.

If you have a direct relationship with Tesco, you may also wish to raise the missing data with your Tesco contact, as this can help expedite a resolution at source.

Tesco data in SKUtrak is complete and up to date as of Saturday, 11 July 2026, and the data collected is accurate and in line with normal trading.

We are working to bring through the two most recent days — Sunday 12 July and Monday 13 July. The Tesco data source is currently returning an intermittent temporary error when generating its most recent reports, which is preventing these final days from being collected. We are retrying regularly and will collect the outstanding data as soon as the source allows.

We will continue to monitor and will update this page as the remaining days come through.

After reviewing Tesco Partner Toolkit, the most recent available date is 13/07/2026. We are conducting a review of the data held within the portal and will recollect if accurate and in line with normal trading.

We will update you once this is completed.

Tesco Partner Toolkit has now published data up to Sunday, 12 July 2026, and we expect Monday, 13 July, to be available soon.

Within SKUtrak, Tesco data is complete and up to date as of Friday, 10 July 2026. Today's scheduled collection (10:30) may automatically run through Saturday, 11 July, and Sunday, 12 July, as well as Monday, 13 July; if it doesn't, we will trigger those files to process.

The data currently available is accurate and in line with normal trading, so there are no data quality concerns with the figures currently showing.

We will continue to monitor and will update this page once the remaining days have been collected.

Tesco data in SKUtrak is currently up to date to 9 July 2026, and all available days are reporting normally with no data quality concerns.

Data from 10 July onwards is not currently showing. This is due to an ongoing issue at source: the Tesco data portal has removed its available data going back to mid-June, meaning recent days are no longer available for us to collect. We are unable to collect this data while it is absent at source — we are monitoring the portal closely and will collect the affected days as soon as they become available again.

If you have a direct relationship with Tesco, you may also wish to raise the missing data with your Tesco contact, as this can help expedite a resolution at source.

Tesco data in SKUtrak is currently up to date to 6 July 2026 and has not advanced since. On review, Tesco's data portal (Partner Toolkit) is currently only making data available up to 2 July 2026, with more recent data no longer appearing. There is no error shown on the portal to indicate why.

As a result, we are currently unable to collect newer Tesco data until it becomes available at source again. We are continuing to monitor the portal closely and will collect and backfill the affected days as soon as the data returns.

If you have a direct relationship with Tesco, you may also wish to raise the missing data with your Tesco contact, as this can help expedite a resolution at source.

Data for Monday, 6 July, has now been collected and is available in SKUtrak. This means all days up to and including Monday, 6 July, are fully populated, and our checks show sales for the recovered days are in line with normal week-on-week trading, with no data quality concerns.

However, data for Tuesday, 7 July, has not yet come through, consistent with the delayed file availability we have seen on recent days. We will collect this data as soon as it is made available by Tesco, and will continue to monitor daily until the normal collection schedule resumes.

Further update: Friday 3, Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July have now been collected and applied to your SKUtrak service, and the figures are healthy and in line with normal trading.

Monday 6 July is still to come through — the data is available from Tesco, and we are collecting it now, so we expect it to update shortly.

Data up to and including Sunday, 5 July, remains fully up to date.
We'll confirm here once Monday has fully applied.

Saturday, 4 July, has now been collected and applied to your SKUtrak service and is up to date. Friday 3, Sunday 5, and Monday 6 July are still to come through — we have re-triggered the collection of these days and will monitor the downloads.

We have checked the underlying Tesco figures for these dates, and they look healthy and in line with normal trading, so there are no data quality concerns — this is purely a delay in the data reaching your service. Data up to and including Thursday, 2 July, remains fully up to date.

We'll confirm here once the remaining days have fully applied. Thank you for your patience.

Following our previous update, the weekend data (Friday 3 – Sunday 5 July) has now been made available by Tesco, including Friday's files, which had previously been showing as empty. We have checked the figures, and the underlying data looks healthy and in line with normal trading, so there are no data quality concerns.
These dates may be collected and applied to your SKUtrak service with today's refresh. We will review the collected data and trigger any missing files once they have been verified. Data up to and including Thursday, 2 July, remains fully up to date.
We'll confirm here once the weekend data has fully applied.

Tesco data up to and including Thursday, 2nd July, has been collected and applied to your SKUtrak service and is updating as expected.

Data for the weekend (Friday 3 – Sunday 5 July) has not yet come through. We can see that Friday's files are currently showing as empty within the Tesco portal, so there is no data available for us to collect for that day at present. We will monitor today's collection, as these files may be populated and updated by Tesco in time for today's run. We'll confirm here once the weekend data has fully applied.

Your Tesco data for 29/06/2026 has been collected and applied to your SKUtrak service; however, we are experiencing issues collecting data from Tesco Partner Toolkit, which will cause delays in updating your service for 30/06/2026. The issue is with the retailer's system and is stopping us from collecting the data we need to update your SKUtrak service. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update once we are able to collect the data sets we need.

After the planned Tesco outage, functionality has been restored, and the data sets for the missing days have been collected and processed to your SKUtrak service.

We have experienced a separate issue when collecting data for 29/06/2026. The issue was with the retailer's system, which prevented us from collecting the data we needed to update your SKUtrak service.

We have confirmed that the data for the 29th is now available within the portal, and we are in the process of re-collecting it.

Tesco has advised of a planned outage affecting its Performance Reports, running all day Friday, 26 June, until 1pm UK time on Monday, 29 June. During this period, sales and stock data from Tesco will not be updated, so your SKUtrak service may show Tesco data running behind until it is resolved. Tesco's Supply Chain reports are unaffected.

Data up to 24/06/2026 has already been collected and applied to your service. We expect Tesco's systems to resume from 1pm UK time on Monday, 29 June, after which we will collect and apply the outstanding data as soon as it becomes available.

We'll post a further update once Tesco data is flowing normally again.

The data for 24/06/2026 has now been collected from Tesco and applied to your SKUtrak service, so that day is up to date.

Tesco has not yet made the data for 25/06/2026 available on their side. We are monitoring for this and will begin collecting it as soon as it is released, then apply it to your service. We'll post a further update once that data is in.

Thank you for your patience.
