We are aware of an issue affecting the availability of Tesco Store Inbound data. No new data has been visible in dashboards since 25 August 2025. Our investigation identified that Tesco introduced a new version of the inbound data file which included additional columns. These structural changes prevented the new file version from being processed successfully. Our Engineering team has completed triage and scheduled work to update the data processing to support the new file format later this week.
